Digestion:
your health manager:
No
matter how good the food and supplements you put in your body are, the only
thing that matters is if they’re going to good use.
What do I mean? Think of your digestive tract as one long tube that gets
wider and smaller in some places and has one “opening” at the top and one
“opening” at the end. Food and
water passes from one end to the other getting mixed, turned, pushed and
sometimes decomposes along the way. Technically
anything in this tube is outside of your body. Nothing can enter your body except for small enough particles
that can pass through the very selective membrane that makes up the walls of
your digestion tube. How do you get
your food into these small enough particles? Only your digestion in good shape
can do that for you.
Great!
So I help my digestion and I’m good to go?
Not quite as there may be another problem.
Sometimes there are holes in the tube.
Yes holes, that can be large enough to let bigger particles fit through
and float around inside you. This
is what’s called by some as a “leaky gut”.
Your immune system gets confused when it sees these unusual particles
inside your body and can attack them giving you allergic-like symptoms.

Do
you have very expensive urine?
Sure
there are a lot of great supplements available and definitely some people may
need supplementation in order to get their bodies back in balance, but, are they
going to good use? Are they being absorbed by your body? If not they’re probably just being eliminated giving you
nothing but expensive urine. I
realize you work hard for your dollars and I want to make sure you get the most
out of your supplement plan. Is
what you’re taking necessary? Is
it in the most absorbable form? Are
you taking your supplements at the right time to maximize its use?
