How
do my services work?
Because
coming to see me can be a little different from seeing other health
professionals let me explain to you how it works…
I
believe that health is a journey not a destination and of course you are
the one that will be taking the necessary steps towards achieving better
health. I will act as your
guide a long the way, to help you make the right choices to reach your
health goals. You have to be
ready to make changes in order to see and feel changes in your body, these
may be mental, spiritual or physical changes.
Also you must want to improve your health, nobody will force
you, it’s up to you to take good care of yourself.

What
happens after I book an appointment?
To
give you an idea this is how our counseling sessions will take place…
1.
We set up an initial appointment and second appointment on the phone.
2.
Our first appointment will be about 1.5 hours long where I will gather
information about your goals, your lifestyle and eating habits.
I will then give you some simple but very effective steps to start
off with. I also ask that you
provide me with a detailed meal diary of what you eat and drink for 4-5
days as well as a list of medications and/or supplements you are currently
taking.
3.
Our second appointment takes place about a week later and will be about
one hour. I will then present
you with: an analysis of your diet, suggestions on how to rebalance your
diet as well as diet plan or meal suggestions and recipes, supplement plan
and starting protocol.

Cost for both of these sessions is $140
4.
We schedule follow up sessions once a month for anywhere from 4 months to
a year depending on you. Monthly
visits are one hour and cost $60. Over the course of these visits we will
go over various protocols to get your health back into shape and rebalance
the imbalances created over years of neglect to your health.
Here
is an idea of the protocols we take…
1.
Work on water, sleep, exercise, stress as necessary. Look at reducing toxin/chemical exposure.
2.
Rebalance diet, improve digestion
3.
Improve
colon function, so your body is able to get rid of waste and toxins
effectively before going on to do any internal cleansing.
*This step is very important, don’t do any type of detox without
first making sure you are eliminating properly.
4.
Full out cleanse. Cleanse your thoughts/negative thought patterns,
cleanses for candida, parasites, liver, blood, and/or heavy metals
whichever are necessary.
5.
Change diet, check for food sensitivities, re-assess nutritional
deficiencies.
6.
Repair, rebuild and rejoice!
Do I
need to use supplements?
I'll
tell you right now, when we work together on improving your
health I will be suggesting various supplement protocols as we
go along. As much as I believe in the health benefits of
eating a healthy whole foods diet, I have found this alone to
be not enough to rebalance a body that's been so out of a
balance for a long period of time. click
